Getting Started

The first key activity for sales success, as an owner or manager, is hiring the right type of person to represent your company. The right person will bring in millions of dollars of PROFITABLE sales to your company.

The wrong person will COST you hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost sales and opportunities. Most home builders and remodelers have below average salespeople on their team for one reason- they don’t have a good hiring process so they put up with mediocrity.

I’ve personally reviewed thousands of resumes, interviewed hundreds and hired dozens. I’ve made just about every mistake you could make when hiring salespeople. However, when I follow the process outlined in the videos below I’ll make a good to great hire 85 – 95% of the time.
